WIKA MAHALIN AT PAHALAGAHAN

 

                     Bakit natin ipagdiriwang ang buwan ng Wika? Anu ang maidudulot nito? Tuwing agosto ay ipinagdiriwang ang "Buwan ng Wika" sa buong pilipinas. Malinaw na ang wika ay isang mahalagang kasangkapan na gianagamit upang maiparating ang mga nasasaloob na ideya at damdamin ng isang tao. Hindi lamang ito isang paraan ng pakikipag-usap niya sa kapwa kundi ginagamit din niya upang makipagkaibigan, makipagtalakayan, at maibahagi ang kanyang iba't ibang opinyon at kaisipan. Sa buong kasaysayan, maraming mga bagay, sitwasyon at pangyayari na tumutukoy sa kahalagahan ng wika sa mga tao, sa kanyang kapaligiran at higit lalo na sa kanyang bansa.

                    Ang wika ay hindi lamang kumakatawan sa isang tao. Ito ay hindi lamang isang sasakyan para sa pagpapahayag ng mga sariling saloobin, opinyon, mga personal na obserbasyon at halaga ng kanyang mga katangian bagkus ay isang sisidlan na siyang nagpapahayag ng mga aspeto ng isang komunidad o bansa. Ang wika ay kumakatawan din sa pangunahing pagpaparating sa iba ng panlipunang pagkakakilanlan. Sa maikling salita, ang wika ay tumutulong mapanatili ang mga damdamin ng kultura, sining at pagkabansa sa isang bayan.

                   Ang wikang Filipino ay isa sa mga kayamanang ating natanggap mula pa sa ating mga ninuno. Ito ang nagsisilbing instrumento para sa pambansang pagka uunawaan at tulay sa magandang ugnayan. Bilang isang mamamayan ng bansang pilipinas at matatag na pilipino ang ating sariling wika ay regalong pakaingatan para na rin sa mga susunod pang mga  henerasyon. Ugaliin itong gamitin at ipagmalaki saan man tayo makarating. Laging pakatandaan na ang wika ang sumisimbolo sa ating pagka pilipino. Ano ba ang napapansin mo sa ating sarling wika? Marami na bang nagbago? Ano bang naidudulot sayo ng ating wikang Filipino. Ang pagbabago ay kailanman hindi natin maiiwasan bagkus gamitin itong tama ng magdudulot ng positibong resulta. Mapapansin natin sa ating kapaligiran na bawat araw ay napakaraming pagbabagong nagaganap maging sa ating mga sarili merong mga pagbabagong nangyayari. Ang pagbabago ay hindi masamang bagay marahil minsan ito ay nagdudulot ng masamang resulta pero kadalasan naman ay maganda ang kinalalabasan. Kagaya ng ating sariling wika and wikang Filipino ito ay sinasabing wikang mapagbago na kung saan maraming mga magagandang naidudulot sa bawat isa sa atin kagaya na lamang ng mas nauunawaan natin ang ating mga kausap at mas naipapahayag nating mabuti ang ating mga nararamdaman at gustong sabihin sa ating kapwa. Ialan lamang yan sa mga mabuting epekto ng palaging pagamit ng ating wika. Gamitin ito ng wasto at tama at mahalin para na rin sa bawat isa saating mga Pilipino.

                   

SONA 2018

                   State Of the Nation Address is a source of drama and intrigue. Is it the fact that Bb. Joyce Bernal directed is this year? Maybe our feisty, feeling too digit to quit President is an unstoppable source of drama. Let's face it this Nation is a Black Mirror episode that got shelved quickly for being too disturbing. We watch our dystopian future unfold in front of us today. This is not say that we're staying put. There's  a responsibility within the youth. Whether its going to anti-SONA protests or by the power of a hashtag, we keep it clear to the Nation that we're aware. Keep the bias commentary on the PR website of the Malacanang Palace. Here are reaction tweets from this years SONA that are serving better shade than any low-pressure area.

                  The President is set to deliver his third state of the nation address on July 23,2018. As with every SONA, leaders have tropes and words they just can't seem to take out of their vocabulary. Although the Filipino people maybe tried of hearing the same things over and over again, we can't help but anticipation. Instead of  rolling your eyes, you can salvage the SONA 2018 experience by drinking to it instead. So, we made a drinking game ouit of President Duterte's over used words and phrases. You don't have to miss out on the fun two. Drink every time President Duterte: 1. says ''coruption''. 2. says ''drugs''. 3. says ''human rights''. 4. says ''boracay''. 5. says ''west Philippine sea. And take a shot every time.. 1. He mentions china. 2. He criticizes Vice President Leni Robredo. 3. He criticizes the united nations. 4. He mentions trump or the United States. 5. " Federalism''.

                  After the fun and games, remember to take matters about the country seriously too.Remember that these hopes and promises are taken by heart by some Filipinos, and the President's words are more than just drinking game. In the meanwhile, let's hope for the best and perhaps some new solutions on the country's current devastating state. Also, cheers.

2018 NUTRITION MONTH

          Nutrition month is held every July of the year and it is a campaign to create awareness on the importance of nutrition among Filipinos.This year theme is " Ugaliing magtanim, sapat na nutrition aanihin".

          I think the main purpose of the theme this year is to invest on something healthy so you can live longer and healthier. If we are strict on consuming a "balanced diet" food everyday, it can really help us protect our self from any viruses. Our immune system will become healthier than the usual. Remember that exercising also has a big impact in our body. It can help lower cholesterol, and it's good for the heart.

           If I were to analyze the theme this year, it's giving me two scenarios: first is, you literally plant nutritious vegetables and fruit, and second, your body should be physically prepared as well both will make a person healthier.

           Nutrition month is not restricting us to eat, it's just reminding us to moderately consume unhealthy food ( or better keep away from it ), and helping us enjoy life with a healthy body. This campaign should be for all, not just for students and this should be implemented every July, it should be everyday. Have a healthy lifestyle and live a better life.

                               What is Philippines Independence Day? why do we recognized or celebrate the Philippine Independence Day?
                               
                                Independence Day is a day when many people,including government officials,employees and students,participate in Nationwide parades.However,the main highlight is the police and military parade in manila headed by the country's incumbent president followed by  a speech and 21-guns salute.Many Filipinos spend the day in parks and malls.Many Filipino communities in order countries also observe the Nations Independence Day celebrations.It's has been a country and two decades since Emilio Aguinaldo proclaimed Philippine Independence Day on June 12,1898 after being colonized by the Spaniards for more than three centuries.

                                Public life the Philippine's Independence Day is a national holiday so government offices are closed.There are absolutely no cl;asses in all schools.Many business establishments are closed except shopping centers.Public transport such as buses,passenger jeeps,and tricycles still operate but their routes may be limited due to the closure of streets used for parades.The reason why,June 12th is so special is because it's Independence day, a holiday celebrating the anniversary of the signing of the declaration of the independence in 1898.

                               One of the most significant dates in the Philippines history is Independence Day because it's marks the nations independence from the Spanish rule on June 12,1898.We celebrate it annually on June 12.We recognized or celebrate the Independence Day is because we achieved the freedom.This is time to give back their sacrifices through respecting our National Flag.We should loving,respecting,and take care because we achieved the ''freedom''.

                         Good Afternoon Mr.President I would like to thank you for your country's effort.I am also grateful to the lord because you are the leader in our country for all of you who became the president of the Philippines you are my idol because your plans and goals have been successful. i am thankful that drug users have gone missing because you are the reason why our lives have become better by appeasing to drug users in a dark environment.I made a letter for you to thank for the good things you did in our country.We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to your government,for all the projects you have done to our region  Ilocos Sur, to the Ilocos Sur National High School, and for having the war against drugs.Streets are now free of drug addicts which makes it suffer than before.Thank you and God bless.
